Watercolour Pencils

Watercolour Pencils have the benefit of behaving like a normal colour pencil - transferring pigment to a surface and allowing the build up of colour - as well as creating completely different effects with the addition of water! They can be applied to a wet surface or have water applied to them to achieve the look of a watercolour Painting.
