A Set of Four Artists Brushes. Three Pro Arte Series 9a Sword Liner Brushes in sizes Small, Medium, Large and a Curtisward Detail Brush Size 000 (perfect for miniature detail).  Sword Liners are a flat brush with a long tailing off brush head that are ideal for painting thin lines so will do the job of a rigger as well as offering a number of other mark-making options. Manufactured with Prolene, these brushes are suitable for Watercolour and can also be used thinned Oil or Acrylic paint. The handles are polished walnut and the ferrules are seamless nickelled brass. Ideal for landscape and flower painting for grasses, fine lines and line work.

The approximate brush lengths in handle are 21cm (tip to end of handle).  Swordliner Small 45mm Brush Length, Swordliner Medium 50mm Brush Length, Swordliner Large 55mm Brush Length. The Curtisward detail brush is made from soft tinted synthetic filaments and has good spring, pointing and holds a good amount of colour. The brush hairs are set into seamless nickel ferrules. The solid wood handles have a lacquered finish which provides protection along with a smooth finish for ease of use. Curtisward brushes are perfect for watercolour painting but are also suitable for gouache, inks and thinned artists acrylic paint.
